What to include in your request.
- Vehicle identityYear, make, model, engine, mileage, and VIN when available.
- Your exact concernDescribe what it does, when it happens, warning lights, noises, smells, and when the issue started.
- Location and accessService address, parking surface, working space, and whether the vehicle is drivable.
- Helpful contextRecent repairs, parts already replaced, and photos of the vehicle or concern when relevant.
Safety first: Do not drive with loss of braking or steering, severe overheating, an oil-pressure warning, an active fuel leak, or smoke or fire risk. Arrange towing, roadside assistance, or emergency help as appropriate.
